Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open the Kingbee Express App. Click on the Account Menu in the top left corner.
2. Click on the Borrowing Reservations tab.
3. Click either – Pending, Active, Upcoming, or History – to view your reservations.
4. Your past and completed reservations will be listed under the History tab. Your upcoming reservations will be listed on the Upcoming tab. Your reservation awaiting lender approval will be under Pending. And lastly, your current reservations will be listed under Active.
5. Click on a specific reservation to view the details.
