Upload your Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your business account via the Fluid Truck Website or Mobile Application.
COI Requirements for Business Profiles
All Certificates of Insurance submitted to Fluid Truck must meet the following requirements. If one or more requirements are not met, Fluid Truck will not approve the COI and the customer will not be allowed to book from their Organization Profile.
- The information of the insurer/producer associated with the automobile liability must be completed and associated with an insurer letter.
- AM Best Rating must be equal to or above B.
- The NAIC number must be displayed next to the insurer.
- The Insured section has to display the name of the company. This name must match the one on the Fluid Truck business account.
- Automobile Liability (Coverage Types) – The following options meet the requirements:
- To rent any vehicle, Automobile Liability must check:
- ANY AUTOS
- HIRED, Borrowed & Non-Owned AUTOS
- If the Automobile Liability is SCHEDULED AUTOS, the VINs of the vehicles that will be rented need to be added to the certificate.
- For any policy where the insurer is Progressive, the certificate must include the VINs of the vehicles that will be booked in the document.
- To rent any vehicle, Automobile Liability must check:
- The policy number for the Automobile Liability section must be an alpha-numerical or numerical value and has to be displayed.
- Collision/Physical damage information must be displayed.
- If there is a limit on the amount of physical damage coverage, the document cannot be accepted.
- Liability coverage (combined single limit) required must be $1,000,000 minimum.
- The deductible information has to be displayed.
- Expiration Date – must be entered as the actual date on the COI.
- Fluid Truck must be listed as the Certificate Holder and additional insured. This is Fluid’s information:
