COI Requirements for Business Profiles
Except as expressly provided in writing by Kingbee, all Users are solely responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage throughout the term of any rental. Kingbee Rentals, LLC does not provide liability or physical damage insurance for Users.
Prior to any rental, Users must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) that satisfies the following requirements:
- Auto Liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 combined single limit;
- Physical Damage coverage (Comprehensive and Collision) with a deductible no greater than $2,500;
- Kingbee Rentals, LLC listed as:
- Additional Insured under the Auto Liability policy;
- Loss Payee under the Physical Damage policy;
- Waiver of Subrogation in favor of Kingbee for Auto Liability;
- Insurance must be underwritten by a carrier rated B+ or better by AM Best;
- Vehicles covered under Scheduled Auto policies must list the VIN on the certificate or in the comments;
- Workers’ Compensation or Occupational Accident coverage, including:
- Minimum coverage of $500,000 per accident, per employee, and policy limit;
- Waiver of Subrogation in favor of Kingbee Rentals, LLC;

- COIs must be submitted directly to Kingbee at customersupport@kingbee-vans.com prior to any vehicle release.
All renters and borrowers are required to report any accident, damage, loss, or incident involving a Kingbee vehicle within 48 hours of the occurrence, or as soon as practicable. Failure to report a claim within this timeframe may result in denial of coverage, responsibility for all related costs, and potential termination of the rental agreement.
Kingbee does not provide coverage for mechanical damage, wear-and-tear, or damage resulting from misuse, including but not limited to misfueling. If any such damage occurs and is not covered by insurance, the renter or borrower shall be fully responsible for the cost of repair. In addition, the renter or borrower may be charged for loss of use, towing, and administrative fees incurred as a result of the incident.
Any attempt to submit false, altered, or otherwise fraudulent insurance documentation will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, denial of vehicle access, and forfeiture of any security deposits or prepaid amounts. Kingbee reserves the right to pursue legal action for any such misconduct.
