Fluid Truck App
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Login to your account on the Fluid Truck App. Click on Account Menu in the top-left corner.
- Click the Reservations Tab.
- Select the specific reservation you would like to cancel.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click, Cancel Reservation.
- Feel free to provide a short reason for your cancellation.
- Once complete, you will receive an alert confirming your canceled reservation. In addition, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email.
Fluid Truck Website
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Login to your Fluid Truck Account on the Website. Click on Account Menu in the top-right corner.
- Click the Reservations Tab.
- Select the specific reservation you would like to cancel.
- Click on the three dots to the right of the reservation and select, Cancel Reservation.
- In the pop-up, click Yes you’d like to cancel your reservation.
- Once complete, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email.
