Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Login to your account on the Kingbee Express App. Click on Account Menu in the top-left corner.
  2. Click the Reservations Tab.
  3. Select the specific reservation you would like to cancel.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click, Cancel Reservation.
  5. Feel free to provide a short reason for your cancellation.
  6. Once complete, you will receive an alert confirming your canceled reservation. In addition, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Login to your Kingbee Express Account on the Website. Click on Account Menu in the top-right corner.
  2. Click the Reservations Tab.
  3. Select the specific reservation you would like to cancel.
  4. Click on the three dots to the right of the reservation and select, Cancel Reservation.
  5. In the pop-up, click Yes you’d like to cancel your reservation.
  6. Once complete, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email.
