Before you can hit the road, you will have to upload your driver’s license to Kingbee. Read the step-by-step instructions below to successfully upload your Driver’s License.



Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Be sure you have created a Kingbee Express account and are logged in.
  2. Click the menu icon on the top left of the app screen.
  3. If you haven’t uploaded your driver’s license yet, you’ll be prompted to click “Upload License.”
  4. You will then be taken to a screen outlining our license upload process, powered by Stripe.
  5. Click “Accept and Continue.”
  6. Instructions will appear. Click “Next.”
  7. Use the camera that appears on screen to take a photo of the front of your license. After the photo is automatically taken, click “Continue.”
  8. Follow the same process as step 7 for the back of your license. Click “Continue.”
  9. Next you will be asked to take a selfie. Put your face in the frame and the photo will automatically be taken.
  10. Your verification will be submitted now. Click “Complete.”
  11. A few minutes later, your account will be approved. Check on the status by returning to the menu, where it will state “Pending” or “Driver’s License Approved” underneath the Driver’s License title.




Congrats! Your driver’s license has been submitted. To double-check feel free to expand the account menu, you will see that the steering wheel icon now appears in yellow with a message of pending.



Please note, prior to reserving any vehicles, individuals must upload a photo of their driver’s licenses. Upon completion of upload and review, the individual will be able to proceed with reservations.

Instrucciones paso por paso

  8. Sigue el mismo proceso que en el paso 7 para la parte trasera de tu licencia. Haz clic en “Continue.”
  9. A continuación, se te pedirá que te tomes una selfie. Pon tu cara en el marco y la foto se tomará automáticamente.
  10. Tu verificación será enviada ahora. Haz clic en “Complete.”
  11. Unos minutos después, tu cuenta será aprobada. Verifica el estado volviendo al menú, donde aparecerá “Pending” o “Driver’s License Verified” debajo del título de Licencia de Conducir.




¡Felicitaciones! Su licencia de conducir ha sido enviada. Para volver a chequear, expanda el account menu, va a ver que el ícono del volante ahora aparece en amarillo con un mensaje que dice Pending (pendiente).
